Description: A young woman with pale skin and dark purple hair that reaches her upper back. She now has dazzling heterochromatic eyes and stands at around 5'6", and while it's hard to get a read on a specific age, she seems to be in her early 30's. She always carries at least one small notepad and a pen on her person, usually in her jean pockets.

Extended Description/Backstory: Aurelia grew up an orphan on the streets of a poor residential area of her home city of Tanir, one that was often overlooked by the middle- and upper-class and all but ignored completely by law enforcement. Whether by apathy, animosity, or sheer negligence, the vast majority of crimes reported by people living in her district remained unsolved. She experienced this discrimination firsthand when she witnessed a murder at the age of 12, followed the perpetrator home, and reported it all to her nearby guard center only to be shooed away and treated as a kid coming up with wild stories. A few days later, the same man went into the higher-end residential area and killed a woman there, and was immediately caught and executed. Enraged by the clear bias, young Aurelia
vowed to make a difference, and started using her time on the street to hone her observational powers so she could start handling the cases the guards wouldn't.

Originally she was thought to be an urban legend, and Aurelia continued quietly solving cases for her community until the age of 18, when a middle-class woman who couldn't get help from the guards came to the district in search of the young detective. Her husband had been murdered and the local guards hadn't been able to find the culprit yet after a week of investigating. Aurelia hesitated at first, but she couldn't turn down the look of desperation in the woman's eyes and took the case, which she solved in three days. The woman paid her more money than Aurelia had seen in one place before, and she realized she had an opportunity. She went off in search of more work, finding people with cases the guards were stumped on or had put on the backburner and solving them within days, putting the money she earned back into her community along the way. Her name spread like wildfire through the middle-class over the months as a detective more reliable than law enforcement, which the guards did not take kindly to. At the age of 19, they arrested her on trumped up charges, but the night before her scheduled execution, she vanished from her cell without a trace and woke up in the strange land of Dormis.

When Aurelia awoke, it didn't take her long to realize she was very far from home, but that's about all she could figure out. There weren't many people around, but even if there were she didn't want to have to think of an explanation for her sudden appearance to the locals. Instead, she focused on exploring the land by herself, and after finding the palace's library she quickly realized that she'd ended up in an entirely new world. This revelation didn't shake her as much as she'd expected, though, and she instead found excitement in it. A whole new land of mysteries to solve sounded like a joy to her and she quickly began exploring, eventually making her way down to the Angdorian where she encountered a strange ritual site with a glowing gem on the ground. Out of curiosity, she reached for the gem, and everything about Dormis and her adventure there left her mind in the blink of an eye. She woke up the next day with a new gem on her choker, a different-colored eye, and in an entirely new world yet again.
