- Extended Description/Backstory
- Lorraine comes from a fairly normal Earth with no demons or magic or fancy technology or other shenanigans, and lived a fairly normal life! She married her college sweetheart, got a well paying middle class job, bought a house in the suburbs of Philadelphia, and had and raised two sons.
However, her fairly normal life took a turn when her husband became ill. A sudden onset of brain cancer, detected too late to safely remove but early enough that his deterioration was slow and painful until his passing.
Two years later, after she had tried and failed to move on from this tragedy, and her sons had moved out to pursue lives of their own, Lorraine woke up in a strange, far away land, and decided to make the most of it.
