- Ocell Anderson, resident of Limbo, Florida. Specifically, their world of "Limbo" exists as the nonplace, or place-between-places. In this regard, "Limbo, Florida," is a tongue-in-cheek quip, as Ocell originates from nothing.
Despite this ominous origin, Ocell is one of an unknown quantity of 'Arbitrators,' neutral law-enforcing divines much in line with those of 'Angels' or 'Devils.' They however, only obey the natural law, and otherwise have no higher entity that they answer to.
Ocell is prone to impassivity, and though it's a boon to their work, it's a habit they actively try to avoid outside of it. After all, life is much more than enforcing virtues and vices (and sometimes it's nice to indulge in the feelings enforcing the latter evokes).
